# A Customer Cannot Submit a Withdrawal Request

### Overview
A customer may be unable to submit a request if the order does not meet your configured withdrawal rules.

### Check the following:
* Withdrawal portal is enabled.
* Customer request is enabled.
* Order exists.
* Order is within the allowed withdrawal period.
* Order date is not within a restricted period.
* Product is not excluded by product tag.
* Relevant delivery status meets the configured conditions.
