# A Customer Did Not Receive a Withdrawal Email

### Steps
**Step 1:** Go to **Email Templates**.

**Step 2:** Confirm that the correct template is active.

**Step 3:** Go to **Settings → Notification**.

**Step 4:** Check the notification configuration.

**Step 5:** Verify the customer's email address.

**Step 6:** Check the withdrawal request status.

**Step 7:** Test the notification flow again.
