Add date time slots details to order confirmation page/ thank you page
Follow the below steps to add the slot details to your upgraded Thank you page and order status page.
Navigate to Shopify Settings -> Checkout section
If you see that your store is upgraded to Checkout Extensibility , click on Customize under the your active profile's Configurations
If not, first upgrade your store to Checkout Extensibility and then follow the same process.
Once you click on Customize , it will take you to the theme editor page. From the top drop down menu which shows Checkout by default, select Thank you .
From the Thank you page settings, click on Add app block to add the our app's order slot detail.
You can drag the block and reposition based on your need. However, once you select the block, you can drag them only to the positions that shows grey lines.
If you like to edit the text in the order slot details, click on Slot Details block and customize the text as per your need. You can also hide or show the pickup location address.
The storefront will display as below:

_Note:_ If you want to see the slot details in the Order status page, follow the same steps above. In the 5th step, you can choose Order status from the drop down instead of Thank you .

FOR THE OLD SHOPIFY CHECKOUT EXTENSIBILITY USERS
*NOTE :* The below process of using additional scripts in your Shopify store will be deprecated by Shopify as per their timeline.
So, update your checkout extensibility in Shopify checkout settings and follow the previous steps to add our apps date and time on your Thank you and order status page.
You can customize the checkout to add the due date on the order confirmation page.
Go to Checkout in Shopify Settings
Go to Order status page section and edit Additional scripts
Add scripts below:

Order due date/time is shown in the confirmation page.
