# Allow Customers to Contact the Store for Ineligible Orders

### Overview
You can provide customers with a way to contact your store when their order does not meet the configured return conditions.

**Step 1:** Open **Return Page**.

**Step 2:** Locate the option for ineligible orders.

**Step 3:** Enable the customer contact option.

**Step 4:** Save your settings.

This option is useful when you want customers to contact your support team instead of simply receiving an ineligible message.
