# An Order Does Not Appear in Create Request

### Steps
**Step 1:** Click **Create Request**.

**Step 2:** Search for the order number.

**Step 3:** Try searching using the customer information shown in the selector.

**Step 4:** Verify that the order exists in Shopify.

**Step 5:** Check the withdrawal rules and eligibility conditions.

**Step 6:** Refresh the app.

**Step 7:** Search for the order again.
