* You need different-product exchanges.
* You need gift-code refunds.
* You need return/exchange fees or rewards.
* You need packing slips.
* You want priority support.

### **Choose Ultimate if:**
* Your store has a high return volume.
* You need unlimited requests.
* You want automated approval.
* You need advanced integration capabilities when API/Webhook becomes available.
* You need dedicated priority support.
