# Common Label Alignment Issues

### Problem
The printed label is shifted, too high/low, too far left/right, or cut off.

###### Check 1 — Check the template size
Go to:
**Templates → Open the template**
Check the selected **Paper Brand** and **Paper Model**.
Make sure the dimensions match the physical label.

###### Check 2 — Check the element position
Select the element that is misaligned.
Check its:
* **X (in)**
* **Y (in)**
* **Width (in)**
* **Height (in)**
Adjust the position or size as needed.

###### Check 3 — Check printer paper settings
When printing, make sure the printer uses the same paper size as the template.

###### Check 4 — Check browser scaling
In the browser print window, check the print scale.
Avoid using a scale that changes the original label dimensions.

###### Check 5 — Print one test label
Print one label and compare it with the physical paper.
If it is still misaligned, adjust the template again and repeat the test.

### Result
The printed content should stay within the correct label area.

| **Tip:** If every label is shifted by the same amount, check the paper size and printer settings first. If only one element is misplaced, check that element's X/Y position.
