# Configure Delivery Status

### Overview
The **Delivery Status** settings help the app use order delivery information as part of the withdrawal workflow and withdrawal eligibility.

### Steps
**Step 1:** Go to **Settings** and select **Delivery Status**.

**Step 2:** Review the available delivery status settings.

**Step 3:** Configure the required options.

**Step 4:** Save the changes.

**Step 5:** Test the withdrawal flow using an order with the relevant delivery status.
