# Configure Shipping & Delivery

### Overview
Shipping settings control how returned products are handled during the return process.

**Step 1:** Open **Settings**.
**Step 2:** Open **Shipping & Delivery**.

**Step 3:** Review the available shipping options.

**Step 4:** Configure the options required by your return workflow or Create New Return Address.

**Step 5:** Save the settings.
