Create an Exchange Request

Overview

You can create an exchange request when a customer wants to replace an item instead of receiving a refund.
Step 1: Open Returns.

Step 2: Click Create Request.

Step 3: Select the customer's order.
Step 4: Select the item being exchanged.
Step 5: Select the replacement product or variant when available.
Step 6: Review the exchange information.
Step 7: Submit the request.

Yanet Returns & Exchanges supports exchanges to the same product/variant on the Free plan and exchanges to different products/variants on the Professional plan.
