Create & manage the reasons

When a customer requests a refund or exchange for the order, it's neccessary to come with a reason. However, many customers don't really favour typing out the reason by themselves very much, that's why we offer this function which allows you to create a list of ready-to-pick reasons for customers to choose from.

By going to Setting > Reasons in the App, you can choose to create a new reason or edit/delete the existings reasons from the list.




Moreover, when you create/edit, you can do these configurations:

Reason Name: Add the name/short description of the reason.
Which request is this reason applied for: Assign the reason to show in Return request or Exchange request, or both.
Which product is this reason applied for: Assign the reason for specific product(s) if needed.
Photo Required: When enabled, customer will be required to upload additional photo(s) for this reason before submitting request.
Description Required: When enabled, customer will be required to upload additional desciption for this reason before submitting request.
