Create & manage the rules

Having specific rules for creating return/exchange requests is an important way for merchants to reduce spam requests and focus on support customer more effectively.
In order to create rules in Yanet: Return & Exchange App:

Step 1: Go to Setting > Rules and configure the condition for Return requests and Exchange requests separately.
Step 2: Set the limited number of days or exclude specific orders/products from raising requests (you can configure the condition for Return requests and Exchange requests separately).






Step 3: Click Save to confirm the changes.
