Overview

Customize the PDF template used when printing or exporting your purchase orders. Adjust the template to match your store's purchasing documents and branding.

Step 1 — Open PDF Template Settings

Go to Settings → PDF Template.

Step 2 — Edit the Template

Update the available template settings and layout options.

You can customize the available elements to fit your purchase order format.

Step 3 — Preview the Template

Preview the PDF to check how your purchase order will look.

Step 4 — Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply the updated template.

Result

Your customized template will be used when you export or print Purchase Orders as PDF.

Tip

Preview the template before saving to make sure all purchase order information is displayed correctly.
