# Customize Return Email Templates

### Overview
Customize the emails sent during the return workflow.

**Step 1:** Open **Notification**.

**Step 2:** Open the return email template.

**Step 3:** Edit the email subject or content where available.

**Step 4:** Review the available variables/placeholders.

**Step 5:** Save the template.
