# Enable Return Request Notifications

### Overview
Enable notifications so that the appropriate users are informed when customers submit requests.

**Step 1:** Open **Notification**.

**Step 2:** Find the return request notification setting.

**Step 3:** Enable the notification.

**Step 4:** Save the settings.

**Step 5:** Submit a test return request.

**Step 6:** Verify that the notification is received.
