# Enable the Withdrawal Portal

### Overview
The Withdrawal Portal is the customer-facing area where customers can submit withdrawal requests.

### Steps
**Step 1:** Go to **Withdrawal Page**.

**Step 2:** Find the **General** section.

**Step 3:** Enable **Enable withdrawal portal**.

**Step 4:** Enable **Allow customer create request**.

**Step 5:** Save your changes.

**Step 6:** Open the withdrawal page from your storefront to verify that it is available.
