# Export Return & Exchange Requests

### Overview
Export request data when you need to analyze, archive, or share return information.

**Step 1:** Open **Returns**.

**Step 2:** Apply filters if you only want to export a specific group of requests.

**Step 3:** Click the available **Export** option.

**Step 4:** Download the exported file.
