Fulfillment Process

The advantage of the Delivery Pickup Date application is that it allows you to update fulfillment information after the customer creates an order.



After the customer creates the order, you have the option to change the fulfillment type and due date if necessary.

Change fulfillment type

To update the fulfillment type, you can click on the link in the "Fulfillment type" column and change it to the shipping method that you need.



Change delivery date

To update the delivery date, you can click on the link in the "Due Date" column and change it to the date and time that you need.



New advanced features

We provide additional advanced steps for the Local Delivery and Local Pickup shipping methods as follows:

"Out for Delivery" is an action for orders utilizing the Local Delivery shipping method. It helps inform the customer that the order has begun its delivery process.
"Ready for Pickup" is an action for orders utilizing the Local Pickup shipping method. It helps inform the customer that the order is ready to be picked up at the store.
