How to add Return portal to the Menu Navigation
Since the customer should be able to request a return for a defective item or request a refund of an item that does not work, we provide you a Return Portal, a all-in-one portal for customer to request their order and here is how you can display it on your website for your customer:
Step 1:
Go to our app => Return page and you can customize the Return Portal there to match with your Theme or requirements.

Note: In this page, you can also set up the General option so it can match with your Requirements. In case you have further questions about it, please give us a ping, we are always happy to help.
Step 2:
Go to Shopify Settings => Apps and Sales Channel and access our app

Step 3:
Ensure that the App Proxy URL in the Shopify Settings are match with our app


Step 4:
Go to Shopify Admin Dashboard => Contents => Menu, Here, you can add the Return Portal to the Menu you want. You can add it to your Main menu at the top, or the Footer Menu at the bottom, depending on your requirements! After select it, click on the Menu you want to add

Step 5:
In the menu that you have selected, click on Add Menu Items and paste on the Proxy link that you have set it up above.

Then click on the Save button and you will be good to go!
