How to translate the email into another language?
In order to translate the email into different languages, please kindly follow our steps here (each step will be provided with a screenshot for further guidance):
Step 1:
Go to our app => Notification

Step 2:
Select the template that you wish to translate. We have divided the template into two sections, one is Return Template and one is Exchange template. For Refund template, it is included in the Return Template section.

Step 3:
Switch from Classic Email template to Advanced Email template because the Advance email template is the only template that can be provided translation.

Step 4:
Click on Edit button.

Step 5:
You can navigate to the top right of the template and you will see the “Add a language” button. Click on it and select the language you want to translate the email template to. Double check everything to ensure the translation quality then click on Save
