# Integration & API Issues

### Overview
1. If an integration is not working:
**Step 1:** Open **Settings > Integrations**.

**Step 2:** Check whether the integration is connected.

**Step 3:** Review the connection information.

**Step 4:** Reconnect the service if necessary.

**Step 5:** Test the integration.

2. For API-related issues:
**Step 1:** Open **Settings > API Access**.

**Step 3:** Verify your API credentials.
