# Label Quantity Issues

### Problem
The app generates more or fewer labels than expected.

###### Check 1 — Check the quantity during printing
Go to:
**Generate & Print → Choose Products**
Check the **Qty** or label quantity field.
Make sure the quantity is correct before generating.

###### Check 2 — Check the default quantity
Go to:
**Settings → Printing**
Find:
**Default Print Label Quantity**
Check the value currently configured.

| **Note:** Leaving this field blank can allow the quantity to match inventory quantity where supported.

###### Check 3 — Check metafield quantity
If you use metafields for label quantity, go to:
**Settings → Printing**
Check:
**Use metafields to set default label quantity**
If this option is enabled, check the configured metafield value.

###### Check 4 — Generate one test
Select one product and generate the label again.
Check the number of labels generated.

### Result
The generated quantity should match the quantity configured for your workflow.
