# Manage Purchase Order Prefix

## Overview
Customize the prefix used for your purchase order numbers.

###### Step 1
Go to **Settings** → **Purchase Order Prefix**.

###### Step 2
Enter your preferred prefix.
For example:
* PO-
* ORD-
* PUR-

###### Step 3
Click **Save**.

## Result
New purchase orders will use the updated prefix automatically.
