Migrate Purchase Orders & Suppliers from Stocky
Overview
If you're migrating from Stocky to Yanet Auto Purchase Orders, you can easily import your existing purchase orders and suppliers using your Stocky API Key.
The import process helps you continue managing your purchasing workflow without manually recreating historical data.
What is imported?
When syncing from Stocky, Yanet Auto Purchase Orders will automatically import:
- Purchase Orders
- Suppliers
- Purchase Order History
If a purchase order in Stocky uses a Shopify Vendor instead of a supplier, the app will automatically create a new supplier based on that vendor to ensure the purchase order can be imported successfully.
Step 1
Go to Settings → Stocky.

Step 2
Generate your Stocky API Key from Stocky.
Copy the API Key and paste it into the Stocky API Key field.

Step 3
Click Sync from Stocky.
The app will begin importing your purchase orders and suppliers in the background.

Step 4
Review the sync results.
The sync history displays:
- Total purchase orders processed
- Successfully imported purchase orders
- Failed purchase orders
- Skipped purchase orders
- Detailed error messages for failed imports
Result
Your existing Stocky purchase orders and suppliers are imported into Yanet Auto Purchase Orders, allowing you to continue managing your purchasing workflow without losing historical data.
Notes
- Suppliers are imported automatically during the sync.
- Shopify Vendors are automatically converted into suppliers when needed.
- Failed purchase orders remain listed in the sync history together with the reason for the failure, making them easy to review and resolve before running another sync.
