# Notification & Email Issues

### Overview
If customers do not receive notifications:

**Step 1:** Open **Notification**.

**Step 2:** Check the sender email.

**Step 3:** Complete sender verification if required.

**Step 4:** Check the notification email settings.

**Step 5:** Confirm that the required notification is enabled.

**Step 6:** Review the email template.

**Step 7:** Submit a test request.

Also check the recipient's spam or junk folder.
