# Payment & Supplier Issues

## Overview

Make sure the supplier has been created and is active.

###### Payment status not updated
Verify that the payment information has been saved successfully.

###### Incorrect payment amount
Review the payment details and update the amount if needed.

###### Unable to select a payment method
Go to **Settings** and confirm that at least one payment method has been configured.
