# Printing Problems

### Problem
The label prints incorrectly, does not match the preview, or does not print at all.

###### Check 1 — Check the template
Go to:
**Templates**
Open the template you are using.
Check the label size and element positions.

###### Check 2 — Check the paper model
Open the template and check:
**Paper Brand → Paper Model**
Make sure the selected paper matches the physical label paper.

###### Check 3 — Check the browser print settings
After clicking **Print Labels**, check the browser print window.
Make sure:
* The correct printer is selected.
* The correct paper size is selected.
* Scaling is not changing the label size.
* The correct orientation is selected.

###### Check 4 — Print one test label
Print only one label.
Check:
* Position
* Size
* Margins
* Barcode
* Text
### Result
If the test label is correct, continue printing the remaining labels.

| **Tip:** Do not print a large batch until the first test label is aligned correctly.
