Printing Problems

Problem

The label prints incorrectly, does not match the preview, or does not print at all.

Check 1 — Check the template

Go to:
Templates
Open the template you are using.
Check the label size and element positions.

Check 2 — Check the paper model

Open the template and check:
Paper Brand → Paper Model
Make sure the selected paper matches the physical label paper.

Check 3 — Check the browser print settings

After clicking Print Labels, check the browser print window.
Make sure:

• The correct printer is selected.
• The correct paper size is selected.
• Scaling is not changing the label size.
• The correct orientation is selected.

Check 4 — Print one test label

Print only one label.
Check:

• Position
• Size
• Margins
• Barcode
• Text

Result

If the test label is correct, continue printing the remaining labels.
