# Refund & Exchange Issues

### Overview
If a refund or exchange does not behave as expected:

**Step 1:** Open the relevant request.

**Step 2:** Check the request status.

**Step 3:** Review the selected refund or exchange solution.

**Step 4:** Check whether the request has been approved.

**Step 5:** Review the applicable return/exchange rule.

**Step 6:** Check whether the selected option is supported by your current plan.

If the request remains unresolved, keep the request ID and order number available when contacting support.
