# Return Page Issues

### Overview
If customers cannot access the Return Page:
**Step 1:** Open **Return Page**.

**Step 2:** Check whether the page is enabled.

**Step 3:** Copy the current Return Page URL.

**Step 4:** Open the URL in an incognito/private browser.

**Step 5:** Check whether the page loads correctly.

**Step 6:** If the page works directly but not from your store menu, check your Shopify navigation.
