# Return Request Widget Issues

### Overview
If the Return Request widget does not appear:

**Step 1:** Open the Return Page/widget configuration.

**Step 2:** Confirm that the widget is enabled.

**Step 3:** Confirm that it has been added to the correct customer-facing location.

**Step 4:** Save the settings.

**Step 5:** Open the relevant customer page and test again.

If the widget still does not appear, verify that your Shopify theme/customer account setup supports the selected placement.
