# Review a Return or Exchange Request

### Overview
Before processing a request, review all available information.
**Step 1:** Open **Returns**.

**Step 2:** Select the request you want to review.
**Step 3:** Review the customer and order information.

**Step 4:** Review the returned or exchanged items.

**Step 5:** Check the selected reason.
**Step 6:** Review the requested refund or exchange solution.
**Step 7:** Check any available shipping or additional information.

After reviewing the request, choose the appropriate action according to your return policy.
