# Review a Withdrawal Request

### Overview
Review the request details before approving or rejecting it.

### Steps
**Step 1:** Go to **Manage Requests**.

**Step 2:** Select a request.

**Step 3:** Review the associated Shopify order.

**Step 4:** Review the customer and purchased items.

**Step 5:** Check the request status.

**Step 6:** Review the withdrawal details.

**Step 7:** Decide whether the request should be approved or rejected.
