Setup Return & Exchange Portal page
Return & Exchange Portal page is the place for customers to submit their return/exchange request. To setup the Portal, please go to Setting > Setup the Portal in the App:
Enable Return/Exchange Portal: This configuration allows customers to access/not access to the Portal page. You can also customize the Portal URL by following the guide below it.
Upload Portal banner(s): You can upload the banner(s) with URLs for advertisement/promotions here. There are 2 banner type: Single image or auto banner slider for you to choose.
Portal style: This configuration is for changing text font and button color. If you need any font that is not available here, feel free to contact us for support.
Return & Exchange policy: When enabled, Policy link will be shown on the Portal.
