# Setup Return & Exchange Portal Page

Return & Exchange Portal page is the place for customers to submit their return/exchange request. To setup the Portal, please go to **Setting > Setup the Portal** in the App:


1. **Enable Return/Exchange Portal**: This configuration allows customers to access/not access to the Portal page. You can also customize the Portal URL by following the guide below it.

2. **Upload Portal banner(s)**: You can upload the banner(s) with URLs for advertisement/promotions here. There are 2 banner type: Single image or auto banner slider for you to choose.

3. **Portal style**: This configuration is for changing text font and button color. If you need any font that is not available here, feel free to contact us for support.

4. **Return & Exchange policy**: When enabled, Policy link will be shown on the Portal.
