Setup the email notifications
During the return/exchange process, you can keep your customer updated about the request status via emails. In order to activate sending emails for the App, please go to Settings > Email Notification:
- Sender Information: The name and email filled in here will be used in all the emails sent from this App.
- Request Notification: You can enable/disable sending email action in each event of the return/exchange process.
