Setup the email notifications

During the return/exchange process, you can keep your customer updated about the request status via emails. In order to activate sending emails for the App, please go to Settings > Email Notification:

Sender Information: The name and email filled in here will be used in all the emails sent from this App.

Important Note: After you add/change the Sender Email, a verification email from Amazon Simple Email Service will be sent to this new registered email. Please check your inbox and complete the verification in order to activate sending emails in this App.




Request Notification: You can enable/disable sending email action in each event of the return/exchange process.
