# Shipping & Delivery Issues

### Overview
If return shipping or delivery information is not working as expected:

**Step 1:** Open **Settings > Shipping & Delivery**.

**Step 2:** Review your return shipping configuration.

**Step 3:** Open **Shipping Carriers**.

**Step 4:** Check the connected carrier.

**Step 5:** Verify the carrier credentials or connection.

**Step 6:** Test the return workflow again.
