# Stocky Connection Issues

### Problem
Stocky data or Purchase Orders are not available in Yanet.

###### Check 1 — Check the Stocky connection
Go to:
**Settings → Stocky**
Check whether the **Stocky API Key** has been entered.

###### Check 2 — Check the API Key
If the key is incorrect or has changed:
1. Open Stocky.
2. Find your Stocky API Key.
3. Copy the current key.
4. Return to **Settings → Stocky**.
5. Replace the old key.
6. Save the setting.

###### Check 3 — Check Stocky PO
Go to:
**Stocky PO**
Check whether the expected Purchase Orders are available.

###### Check 4 — Check the Purchase Order
Open the Purchase Order and check that it contains the products you want to label.

### Result
Once the connection and Purchase Order data are available, you can select products and generate labels.
