Template Display Issues

Problem

The template looks incorrect in the preview or printed label.

Check 1 — Check the paper size

Go to:
Templates → Open the template
Check the Paper Brand and Paper Model.
Make sure they match your physical label.

Check 2 — Check element positions

Open the template editor.
Select the element that is displayed incorrectly.
Check its:

• X position
• Y position
• Width
• Height

Move the element back inside the label area if necessary.

Check 3 — Check overlapping elements

Look at the label layout and check whether two elements overlap.
Move one of the elements and preview the label again.

Check 4 — Save and test

Save the template.
Then go to:
Generate & Print → Select Products → Choose Template
Generate one test label.

Result

The preview and printed label should match the template layout.
