# The Withdrawal Form Is Not Opening

### Steps
**Step 1:** Open the Shopify **Theme Editor**
How to get there: **Shopify Admin - Online Store - Edit Theme**

**Step 2:** Check whether the relevant app block or app embed is enabled.

**Step 3:** Verify the configuration.

**Step 4:** Save the theme.

**Step 5:** Open the storefront.

**Step 6:** Test the withdrawal button again.
For **Withdrawal Floating**, check **App Embeds** specifically.
