# The Withdrawal Page Is Not Showing

### Overview
If customers cannot access the withdrawal page, check the portal and storefront configuration.

### Steps
**Step 1:** Go to **Withdrawal Page**.

**Step 2:** Confirm **Enable withdrawal portal** and **Allow customer create request** are enabled.

**Step 3:** Check the Withdrawal Page URL.

**Step 4:** Verify that the page is added to your storefront navigation if required.

**Step 5:** Open the URL directly and test again.
