# Understand Order Selection When Creating a Request

### Overview
When you click **Create Request**, the app asks you to select an existing Shopify order. This allows the withdrawal request to be connected to a specific purchase.
The order selector may display:
* Order number
* Customer email

### Steps
**Step 1:** Click **Manage Request**.

**Step 2:** Search for the order number or customer information.

**Step 3:** Select the appropriate order.

**Step 4:** Click **Select**.

**Step 5:** Continue creating the withdrawal request.
