# Understand Withdrawal Request Statuses

### Overview

The **Manage Requests** page allows merchants to review and manage customer withdrawal requests.
Available status views include:
* **All**
* **Requested**
* **Approved**
* **Rejected**
* **Closed**
Each request is linked to a Shopify order and contains information such as the request number, order, purchased items, creator, status, and request date.
