## Overview
Payment statuses help you monitor supplier payments throughout the purchasing process.

###### Pending
No payment has been made yet.
###### Partial
Part of the payment has been completed.
###### Paid
The purchase order has been paid in full.

## Tip
Update the payment status whenever a payment is made to keep your financial records accurate.
