# User Permission Issues

### Problem
An employee cannot access the app or use a specific feature.

###### Check 1 — Open User Permissions
Go to:
**User Permissions**
Find the employee in the user list.

###### Check 2 — Check the employee's access
Open the employee's permission settings.
Check whether the required feature or action has been enabled.

###### Check 3 — Check the subscription plan
Some permission features are available only on supported plans.
Go to:
**Subscription**
Check your current plan.

###### Check 4 — Save the permission
After changing the employee's access, save the changes.

###### Step 5 — Ask the employee to reopen the app
Have the employee close and reopen Yanet Retail Barcode Labels.

### Result
The employee should have access to the features allowed by their permissions.
