# Yanet PO Connection Issues

### Problem
Yanet Purchase Orders are not available or products cannot be loaded.

###### Step 1 — Check the integration
Open:
**Yanet PO**
Check whether the connection is active.

###### Step 2 — Check the Purchase Order
Make sure the required Purchase Order exists in the connected Yanet Purchase Order app.

###### Step 3 — Check product information
Open the Purchase Order and check that the products contain the information required for label generation.

###### Step 4 — Reconnect if necessary
If the connection or credentials have changed, reconnect the integration using the current credentials.

###### Step 5 — Test again
Return to **Yanet PO** and open the Purchase Order again.

### Result
The Purchase Order should load correctly and allow you to select products for label generation.
