Create a Return Request

Overview

You can create a return request from the merchant dashboard when you need to create a request on behalf of a customer.

Step 1: Open Returns.

Step 2: Click Create Request.

Step 3: Select the customer's order.
Step 4: Select the item or items to be returned.
Step 5: Select the return reason.
Step 6: Select the available refund or return solution.
Step 7: Review the request information.
Step 8: Submit the request.

The available options depend on your store's return rules and configuration.
