Complete the Initial Setup

Overview

Before customers can use your return portal, configure the main return and exchange settings.
Step 1: Open Yanet Returns & Exchanges from Shopify Admin.

Step 2: Open Return Page and enable the customer-facing return portal.

Step 3: Configure the basic return and exchange options.
Step 4: Open Settings and configure your return methods.

Step 5: Configure your refund methods.
Step 6: Add your return and exchange reasons.
Step 7: Configure your return and exchange rules.
Step 8: Configure shipping and delivery settings if your store uses return shipping.
Step 9: Open Notification and configure customer and merchant notifications.

Step 10: Add the Return Page to your store navigation or customer-facing pages.
We recommend testing the complete customer return flow before publishing the Return Portal to customers.
