Configure Return & Exchange Automation

Overview

Automation can reduce manual work when handling eligible requests.

Step 1: Open Settings > Automation.

Step 2: Review the available automation options.

Step 3: Select the action you want to automate.

Step 4: Configure the conditions.

Step 5: Enable the automation.

Step 6: Save your settings.

The current Shopify App Store lists Automation Approval as an Ultimate plan feature.
