Create Return Rules

Return rules determine when customers can request a return.
You can create different policies for different products or situations.

Step 1: Open Settings > Rules.

Step 2: Create a new return rule.

Step 3: Define the conditions for the rule.

Step 4: Select the products or conditions to which the rule applies.

Step 5: Configure the return eligibility requirements.

Step 6: Save the rule.

The App Store confirms that the app supports custom policies, non-returnable items, return windows, and different rules for different products.
